Caterpillars
3 months –18 months

Our baby room caters for babies from 3 months to 18 months. Our baby room offers a homely environment with room for the babies to crawl and explore the area. We have a sectioned sleep room where babies have a calm relaxing atmosphere for them to sleep and rest in and a variety of toys for children to engage with.
Bumblebees
18 months – 2 and a half years

New for 2022 - Our Bumblebee room caters for toddlers from 18 months to 2 and a half years. Within this room the children are encouraged to become a little more independent and begin learning to share experiences together in a safe and nurturing environment. The Bumblebee and Caterpillar room work together as a 3 month to 2 and a half year unit.
Ladybirds
2 and a half years - 3 and a half years

In this room children are encouraged to become more independent whilst continuing to promote the development of each individual child working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. We support potty training following your routine at home and encourage children to become more independent at mealtimes.
Pre-School
3 and half - 5 years​
​
Children move into Pre school the September before they start school. Children in the ‘Butterflies’ group learn through play using a combination of child initiated and adult focused activities within their groups from the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles, your child will be observed and assessed and their progress recorded in their development transition forms allowing us to plan for their individual needs and development.
